Atlax Ventures Limited was originally established in 1999 keeping a presence in the UK. It was VAT registered as GB 121 3622 62 and maintained warehousing facilities in Wembley, UK. In January 2014 the company relocated to Malta in order to better serve its growing Eastern and Middle Eastern customer base.
We assist our customers on a world-wide basis in the fields of Packing and Bottling Plant Systems as well as Energy Production and Distribution Systems. Our main focus is on the mechanical, electrical and electronic integration of equipment and machinery of different suppliers into overall functional turn-key systems. Mission Statement
Atlax Ventures Limited (AVL) is a Malta based internationally operating engineering and consulting company operating in three areas: (1) Packaging & Bottling Plant Technology, (2) Energy Production & Distribution Systems Technolgy and (3) Trading in Machinery and Components mainly for the Sunblinds Industry. AVL designs industrial complex size packaging streets for the beverage & food industry and upgrade and maintain the same on a worldwide basis. We design and install block heat power plants and assist in the construction of district heating systems for municipalities. Within our trading division we source and supply machinery, components and materials for various industries, in particular for the Sunblinds Industry.
